Your Internship Experience
We’re committed to supporting your learning and growth. As an intern, you’ll have access to a variety of training opportunities and the chance to build connections across the business. Your journey with us will be filled with meaningful experiences, new skills, and plenty of support.
This will be a 6-month internship program, and you will also have the flexibility to choose the business area that excites you most.
Internship Opportunities
ZILL HR Intern:
- Assist with reviewing and updating company policies to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Handle confidential documents securely uploading them in the Tawteen portal, maintaining strict confidentiality protocols.
- Support the uploading, organizing, and updating of resources on SharePoint for improved access and usability.
- Contribute to the development and regular updating of the employee handbook, ensuring information is clear and accessible.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, document filing, and responding to basic queries.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities to enhance administrative processes.
- Assist the HR team with initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing processes.
- Conduct research on topics related to people and human resources.

Who We’re Looking For:
- You hold a valid residence visa in the United Arab Emirates
- You need to be able to commit to the full duration (6 months) of the internship program
- You’re a fresh graduate or anyone who graduated within the past 12 months
- You’re genuinely interested in building a career in insurance
- You have a positive attitude and a genuine eagerness to learn
- You communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally
- You pay attention to detail and stay organized
- You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office 365
- You work well independently and as part of a team
