The People Team
The People Team function is focused on improving how we work by making smart investments in our people, continuous improvements in our processes, technology-driven innovation in our platforms, and providing top-of-the-line experiences for our people. Our function is made of multiple teams across the world who work as One People Team to acquire, develop, reward and retain top talent while delivering a more consistent, high-quality experience to our stakeholders.
Together, we support a wide range of strategic work and deliver a consistent, high-quality experience to our stakeholders. People Team Summer Interns will have the opportunity to work in one of the following areas, based on their interests and business need: Talent Acquisition, Operations, Learning and Leadership Development, Employee Relations, Thrive Together, Compensation or Benefits & Wellbeing.
As a People Team Summer Intern, you’ll contribute to impactful projects across the People Function, analytics, and technology, with opportunities to explore employee experience, workforce analytics, change management, and AI in a dynamic, global environment.
Examples of Work You May Do
- Employee Experience: Analyze and improve onboarding or internal mobility experiences using employee feedback and digital tools.
- Test AI in Action: Support pilots of generative AI tools that enhance People operations, such as drafting knowledge articles or powering internal help bots.
- Bring Data to Life: Build or refine dashboards that track key people metrics—like engagement trends, exit patterns, or learning participation.
- Drive Internal Talent Mobility: Contribute to initiatives that match employees to open roles or projects based on skills, interests, and business needs.
- Voice of the Employee: Help run pulse surveys or focus groups and synthesize insights to inform people strategies.
- Support Change Initiatives: Create toolkits, communications, or digital materials that help employees navigate change confidently.
- Research Future Skills: Conduct competitor and market research to inform our evolving skills framework and workforce strategy.
Program eligibility:
- Enrollment in a 3-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred
- Graduating in Dec 2026 or July 2027
- Minimum 2.2 degree classification
- Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying.
