Allianz Services is a subsidiary of the Allianz Group, focused on providing specialized services that support the operations and strategic goals of Allianz and its clients. As an integral part of the Allianz Group, Allianz Services plays a crucial role in driving efficiency, innovation, and excellence across various business functions.
In the AI Acceleration group, we are seeking a motivated and talented Working Student to join our Application Development team, focusing on Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning, and Deep Learning. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, working on innovative projects that have a real impact on the business.


Key responsibilities:


•    Assist in the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven applications and solutions.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

•    Support the development and optimization of NLP models and algorithms to enhance language understanding and processing capabilities.
•    Contribute to the creation and training of machine learning models, ensuring high accuracy and performance.
•    Participate in the development of deep learning architectures for complex data analysis and pattern recognition tasks.

•    Conduct research on emerging technologies and methodologies in AI, NLP, machine learning, and deep learning to drive innovation.
•    Assist in the testing and validation of developed applications to ensure quality and reliability.
•    Document processes, methodologies, and findings to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.


Key requirements:


•    Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
•    Strong understanding of AI, NLP, machine learning, and deep learning concepts and techniques.

•    Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
•    Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
•    Familiarity with NLP tools and libraries (e.g., spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers).
•    Experience in MS Power BI is a plus.
•    Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
•    Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
•    Passion for technology and innovation, with a keen interest in AI and its applications.

You can start immediately and are interested in a working student position for 6 months part-time (16-20 h/week)
