What You'll Do

As a dynamic and motivated Working Student, you’ll be part of our Employer Branding team, which is responsible for the entire presence of BCG’s employer brand in the German and Austrian market. You’ll support the implementation of our employer branding strategy and take on your own projects as part of your working student activities. You will also be involved in developing campaigns, creating and maintaining content, handling social media activities (such as postings and editorial plans), and performing tasks related to the website. In addition, you’ll create campaign timelines and support business intelligence analyses (e.g., campaign evaluations). Finally, you’ll coordinate with internal departments and external service providers and support individual team members with ad hoc requests.

You’ll be part of the highly motivated team that is responsible for BCG’s employer brand. The team’s collaboration is characterized by respect, acceptance, and mutual trust. Working closely with our Recruiting department, you’ll take over your own areas of responsibility and always be able to draw on the experience of your colleagues, in different interfaces that will provide you with interesting insights into other areas of HR. Whether during your training or daily business—the team and your line manager will always be there to support you.
