What You'll Do

As a working student in Business Intelligence, you will support our Marketing and Communications team and gain hands-on experience in data-driven marketing and performance analysis. You’ll take ownership of dedicated workstreams and contribute directly to the further development of our analytics, reporting, and campaign intelligence initiatives.

Your tasks will include:

• Analyzing and monitoring communication and marketing campaigns (e.g., media relations, social media, CRM).
• Driving the deployment and adoption of BI, analytics, and AI tools across the Marketing & Communications team.
• Ensuring data quality and maintaining campaign data within our CRM system.
• Creating dashboards, reports, and evaluations – navigating our tool landscape.
• Collaborating with stakeholders from Marketing and Communication, IT, as well as other Students.
