ABOUT THIS ROLE


Based in Berlin, Audible GmbH is looking for an engaged Working Student – Publisher Relations. In this role, you will support the French Publisher Relations team within Audible's European Publisher Relations organization. You will assist in managing relationships with partner publishers in French languages, help track and analyze catalogue performance, and support administrative tasks related to content acquisition. Working closely with the Marketing Team, you will help organize on catalogue promotions. This role offers valuable experience in content management, data tracking, and publisher relationship support while working as part of an international team.

As a Working Student - Publisher Relations, you will...


- Process contracts: Preparation and sending of contracts via internal contract tool
- Own email correspondence and initial onboarding with new publishing partners
- Update and maintain our title database and content tools (Airtable)
- Prepare and assist for internal program meetings (data preparation, Power Point presentations, data-driven insights)
- Analyze and report on publishing program performance metrics
- Use dashboards and reports tracking key performance indicators
- Extract data to support decision making
- Coordinate workflows, meetings and manage general administrative tasks
- Be the Interface to the production planning department

Basic Qualifications

- Full time enrollment in a German state-accredited (staatlich anerkannt) Bachelor or Master program, and have at least 1 year of studies left - expected graduation in 2027 or later
- Enrolled in media/communications studies, economics, business administration, linguistic, social sciences or similar disciplines
- Experience in Excel and data analysis tools
- Experience with data reporting and dashboards
- Business fluency of written and spoken English and French (C1 or higher)

Preferred Qualifications

- Interest in the book and media industry (books, audio books, audio dramas, podcasts)
- Excellent written communication skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to collect, organize and analyze data
- Organized, methodical and thorough, effectively managing priorities
