We are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) as part of the Marketing & Communications team, a culturally diverse team working across four locations in Europe. The working student position is based in Munich, where we work in a modern office space with a full range of amenities. As part of the team based in Munich, this role will provide you with the opportunity to develop an understanding of marketing and communications within a global environment. What you will do:

• Administrative Support:
  • Prepare and update presentations and reports for various stakeholders
  • Support in managing budgets related to marketing activities
  • Coordinate and maintain documentation for marketing projects
• Event Support:
  • Assist in planning and executing events, including logistics
  • Support event promotions and communications to ensure successful participation
• Digital Activities:
  • Help with creating and distributing digital mailings to target audiences
  • Assist in maintaining and updating content on our intranet
• Project Involvement:
  • Participate in projects such as the adoption of the intranet platform
  • Support with the organization of internal social events and charity activities throughout the year

What you bring:

• Studies in Communications, Sociology, Psychology or Economics
• Proactive, hands-on and creative problem-solving mindset
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Excellent in written and spoken English; German is a plus
• Team player with willingness to learn
• Ability to work proactively and under time pressure
• Good communication and presentation skills
