Main objective of the job:                                                                                      

• Support the team in ensuring compliance with legal tax requirements, particularly in the context of OECD Pillar 2 (global tax reporting and minimum tax standards). Contribute to testing, training, and documentation related to the tax reporting cloud solution and assist in embedding tax compliance requirements into accounting processes (Book to Report, Invoice to Pay, and Business to Consumer) within SAP systems.

Specific job responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and documenting tax-relevant requirements within SAP systems (R/3, S/4HANA).
• Support the maintenance and testing of the OECD Pillar 2 IT application (tax reporting cloud solution).
• Participate in testing activities and help prepare relevant documentation.
• Contribute to ensuring compliance with tax regulations and internal policies.
• Support process improvements related to indirect tax compliance and reporting.
• Assist in preparing training materials and maintaining knowledge-sharing platforms (e.g., Docupedia, Bosch Connect).
• Stay informed on country-specific tax developments and support team communication.

Your profile

• Ongoing university studies in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Basic understanding of accounting or taxation concepts.
• Interest in SAP systems and tax-related processes (B2R, B2C, I2P).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and eager to learn.
• Team player with strong communication and collaboration abilities.
