JOB SUMMARY

Assist the Director of HR and Assistant HR Manager in the daily operations of HR Department. Ensure that the HR administrations are being adhered while maintaining a high degree of associates’ satisfaction. Assist in organising sports & recreational activities for the hotel.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Prepare all relevant personal administrative work for commencement of new associates.
  2. Prepare monthly birthday cards.
  3. Assist on locker administration and monthly locker audits.
  4. Assist in co-ordinating and administering awards and other associates’ recognition programmes and related activities.
  5. Assist in preparing annual and/or monthly associates’ functions and activities.
  6. Maintain Club B2 facilities, e.g. Notice board, locker rooms, associates’ cafeteria, lounge, gym and other associate facilities.
  7. Arrange interviews for potential job applicants.
  8. Responsible for HR filings.
  9. Handle all HR enquiries.
  10. Any other duties as may be assigned by the department from time to time.
