We are seeking an In-Theater Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage relationships with U.S. theater exhibitors while overseeing marketing campaigns and in-theater promotional materials.

The ideal candidate will combine strong project management skills with data analysis capabilities and excellent communication abilities.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of film marketing and exhibitor relations, playing a crucial role in promoting theatrical releases and maintaining valuable industry partnerships.

Key job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture relationships with U.S. theater exhibitors

• Oversee trailer placement and lobby display commitments

• Lead marketing campaigns for film titles and execute exhibitor-focused initiatives

• Create and present campaign performance reports

• Monitor and analyze in-theater marketing materials and impressions

• Maintain detailed data records using Excel and other analytical tools

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and theater partners

Basic Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of administrative or marketing support experience
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Power BI
- Proficiency in analytical tools
- Data analysis and reporting
- Project management and organization skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
