/ 100
Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) is one of the clearest โ€œearly-career pipelineโ€ employers in banking, with multiple entry points across internships, rotational programs, and specialist analyst tracks. The main limits are uneven transparency across geographies and teams, plus some publicly visible stability and flexibility friction that can affect early-career confidence.
