As a System-on-Chip Trainee for AI, you will be part of our Digital Front End (DFE) ASIC team, where more than 200 professionals are working on the Nokia ReefShark family of System-on-Chips (SoC): ReefShark | Nokia Networks. We are responsible for custom silicon, a key element in our strategy to gain technology leadership in 5G networks. We are working with state-of-the-art tools and have access to the latest silicon technologies. Our team is diverse, with 13 different nationalities represented.
Your responsibilities
As part of our team, you will:
- Specify, create, and maintain AI agents in our agent framework
- Work on LLM finetuning and deployment
- Participate on developing RAG based agent systems
- Continuously improve tools, methods and processes
- Participate in a culture of learning, innovation and renewal
Your skills and experience
You have:
- Experience & skills in Python, Kubernetes, Docker & Linux
- Familiarity with Python libraries like LangChain, LangGraph & FastAPI
- Experience in building AI agents
- Fluent in spoken and written English
It would be nice if you also had some of these skills:
- Understanding of REST API’s & Cloud Architectures
- Some experience in SW development, especially in building micro services used through REST API
- Good working attitude and cooperation skills in a multicultural team
