About the Team

The Strategy & Analytics team for Global E-Commerce plays a core role in analyzing industry trends, setting business targets and reviewing business performance in the UK and Europe. This team is responsible for both quartlerly/yearly and long term targets. It is a highly cross-functional team, with exposure to a multitude of business teams and stakeholders. As a member of this team, you will be focusing on key metrics as well as deep-drives and overall analysis of TikTok Shop EMEA's logistics and supply chain function.

Responsibilities

- Deploy a data-driven approach to assess strategic and financial health of e-commerce logistics, evaluate performance, benchmark competition, and conduct comprehensive assessments to produce thorough strategic plans and recommendations;

- Analyse and draw conclusions from diverse data sets and understand how to brief and work with specialists to solve complicated problems.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a MBA degree, graduating after September 2026, eligiable to work in the UK;

- Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2026;

- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to develop leading edge business models and strategies

- Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and build consensus amongst cross-functional teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications

- Past work experiences in consulting, private equity or corporate strategy are preferred;

- Past work experience in consumer, Ecommerce and Logistics experience are preferred;

- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred, enabling effective communication in multiple senior stakeholder meetings across the business, though it is not essential.
