As a Student Intern, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment, supporting daily operations, and organizing events that bring our teams together.

Support office operations: supplies, mail, vendors, and employee requests.
Keep the office organized and functional, coordinating small repairs and IT needs.
Help plan and execute events, team activities, and cultural initiatives.
Welcome guests and new joiners, ensuring smooth onboarding experiences.
Handle laptops, access cards, and materials for new hires and leavers.
Assist with administrative tasks such as invoices, parking coordination, and deliveries.
Maintain good relationships with cleaning, catering, and security vendors.
Provide backup support to the People Advisor and team when needed.
You are organized, proactive, and reliable, with a can-do attitude.
You have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
You are detail-oriented and comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment.
You are passionate about helping others and creating a great workplace experience.
You handle confidential information responsibly.
You ideally have some experience in office administration or event organization.
You hold a valid student contract for at least one more year.
You are available to work 20 hours per week (mornings, Mon–Fri, on-site), with potential for full-time growth.
