Part of Commercial Strategy organization, the LATAM Market Analyst focuses on providing analytics and strategic support their region (Mexico) & brand (Ninja) leads providing proactive business insights. The Market Analyst will be responsible to assist in crafting compelling sell-in stories, ensure SharkNinja is set to meet account benchmarks, and serve as the expert on SharkNinja’s performance, market trends, and competitors’ performance for assigned regions. This is an excellent position for a highly motivated, independent and confident analyst who likes to work in a fast-paced and data driven atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Identify actionable reporting that assists in driving winning at each subcategory
- Generate and present actionable insights on pricing, promotional impacts, rankings, competitive landscape, and market needs to develop comprehensive strategies
- Participate in delivery of daily, weekly, monthly deliverables reporting on the health of the business
- Identify category gaps/opportunities, craft sales stories with strategic recommendations that differentiate SharkNinja from competitors, helping to increase distribution, space, and displays

Education and Experience:
- Relevant work (internship or similar) experience within consumer package goods data analysis
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Local to Mexico City
- Fluent in English & Spanish (ideally knowledgeable of Portuguese)
- Demonstrated ability to present and collaborate on critical challenges to internal and external partners
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and detail oriented, ensuring deadlines are met
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel / Office skills
- Willingness to travel, 10% of time
