We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team, to develop and execute on business intelligence strategies and roadmaps, mentor junior analysts, and play a critical role in shaping how we use data to drive success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead BI Projects: Manage and deliver small to medium-scale business intelligence projects, from planning to execution, ensuring deliverables meet business needs.
- Provide Data Expertise: Act as the go-to expert on internal data
- resources, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, project managers, and business teams to define reporting requirements and implement BI solutions.
- Deliver Data Analysis & Insights: Utilize tools like Power BI and SQL to create detailed analyses, dashboards, and reports for business teams.
- Drive Process Improvement: Develop standardized protocols for data extraction, management, and quality assurance.
- Provide Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior team members, guiding their development and ensuring high-quality output.
- Provide Strategic Input: Contribute to the development of data management standards, prototypes, and reporting models to drive organizational goals.
- Deliver Presentations & Communication: Prepare compelling presentations and reports to share insights with management and key stakeholders.
- Keep Abreast of Market Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and developments in healthcare and logistics.
Work Experience:
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven leadership skills and experience mentoring team members or leading small projects.
- Experience with data management, reporting, and delivering actionable insights.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong expertise in relational databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, VBA) and tools like Alteryx Designer is a plus.
