Location & Schedule: This is a part-time 16 hour/week position with at least one 8-hour day onsite in Needham, MA. There is no relocation or housing assistance for this position.

Compensation Range: Ranges from $26/hr - $35/hr. Specific compensation is set according to a standardized scale aligned with your educational level at the time of hire.

This role:

In this part-time internship role, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to the fast-growing field of legal operations, supporting the business side of law and learning how legal teams can work more efficiently and strategically within organizations.

• Assist with process improvement initiatives to streamline legal workflows
• Support technology adoption and help evaluate legal tech tools
• Contribute to knowledge management projects that improve team efficiency
• Help analyze data to drive better decision-making within the legal function

• Participate in project management activities and track progress on legal ops initiatives

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:

• Education: Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master's program
• Must be able to work a part-time 15 to 16 hour/week schedule with at least one 8-hour day per week onsite in Needham, MA
• Strong interest in legal operations, business of law, or related fields
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Curious and proactive in identifying opportunities to improve processes
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
