Your role and responsibilities

We are seeking a talented individual to join our DevOps Enablement team, where you will play a key role in managing our processes and infrastructure, maintaining internal tools, and developing new capabilities to support our environment. This team owns the end-to-end build process for our product code and the infrastructure that underpins it—including systems, third-party and in-house services—and partners closely with our application development and SRE teams.

Our product is an enterprise-grade financial application serving more than 1,000 customers, so reliability, security, and scalability are paramount.

The ideal candidate is a strong developer capable of maintaining and enhancing existing tools—primarily built with Ansible and Python—and of creating new tooling to support evolving business and operational requirements. Collaboration is essential: you will work across functional teams to ensure security, compliance, and business continuity.

Experience with Red Hat, OpenShift/Kubernetes, and cloud or hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, or private cloud) is strongly preferred.

Required technical and professional expertise

Minimum of 2+ years of experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Solid understanding of Devops practices.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
GitHub
Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash).
Ansible, Ansible automation, Kubernetes Operators.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred technical and professional experience

Proficiency with Cloud environments (IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure)
Proficiency in Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in utilizing Run deck for IT automation and operations management
Configuration management (Puppet, Chef, Ansible (preferred), other)
Infrastructure as code (Terraform, Cloud formation, other)
Proficiency in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
