Description

Shopbop.com is looking for a Site Marketing Associate to join our Marketing team to support the strategic planning and execution of our daily site content, editorial initiatives, and sitewide promotions. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and have an ability to partner across teams successfully and effectively. This individual will assist in the management of site content and strategy planning. They will demonstrate a keen eye for detail, an ability to work quickly and under pressure, and be able to work in close collaboration with Editorial, Creative (Design & Art Direction), Web Content Development, Buying, Brand, Merchandising, Marketing, and Tech teams.

Basic Qualifications

- 2-3 years of relevant e-commerce experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with problem-solving capabilities relating to business and process challenges
- Demonstrates initiative and enthusiasm for learning in a cross-functional environment
- Strong skills in PowerPoint and Project Management Tools
- Shows resourcefulness and willingness to seek solutions and contribute ideas
- Comfortable leading presentations and communicating with senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a retail or fashion setting
- Strong interest in and familiarity with fashion
- Ability to manage and track trends and analyze results

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $69,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $148,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
