What you'll do

You are well-versed in Servicing/Collections and will be responsible for collecting on outstanding funds, risk management and additional projects. You are able to adjust to, and thrive in, an ever-changing environment. You will be responsible for managing B2B stakeholders with an emphasis on negotiations and collections.

Where youโ€™ll work

This role will be based in our Vancouver office. We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home. We currently require a minimum of two coordinated days in the office per week, Wednesday and Thursday. As a perk, we also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work!

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $49,200 - $61,500 CAD, with the opportunity to make an additional commission. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidateโ€™s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
