
The ServiceNow Process Analyst is responsible for ensuring successful delivery and optimization of ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards.
• Perform quality assurance and validation of platform changes.
• Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project success.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and workflows.
• Experience with integrations and data migration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced module expertise: ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, App Engine Studio
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong ITIL and digital transformation background.
• Proven track record of delivering complex ServiceNow projects. Education & Certifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Required: ITIL V3/V4, Scrum Master Certification or SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
• Preferred: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
