Do you enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and working with many different teams? We’re looking for a Business Office Analyst to support our Service Engineering Operations team and help create smart, compliant, and customer-focused business solutions.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Research and compare industry practices to help identify new revenue opportunities
Support the development and maintenance of technical and customer information websites
Help manage customer access to service information and coordinate with IT, security, engineering, and external partners
Support the rollout of new projects, especially those related to legal or regulatory requirements
Assist with audits and compliance tasks, keeping documents, charts, and data organised and up to date
Perform day-to-day administrative and compliance work to keep the team running smoothly
