Job Description

Are you passionate about investment analytics and keen to make a meaningful impact across a range of asset classes? Join our Performance & Attribution team at LGIM, where collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do. We’re looking for a Senior Attribution Analyst to help us deliver insightful analysis and drive enhancements across our attribution models and processes.

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering attribution analysis across Fixed Income, LDI and Multi Asset strategies
• Collaborating with fund managers, strategists and product specialists
• Partnering with data, technology, product and investment teams
• Enhancing attribution models and improving analytical processes
• Understanding and responding to client requirements
• Maintaining robust controls across team functions
• Sharing knowledge and supporting team development
• Staying informed on markets, methodologies and LGIM initiatives

Qualifications

Who we’re looking for:

• Holding a degree, ideally in a quantitative discipline
• Bringing several years’ experience in analytical roles
• Demonstrating strong knowledge of investment management
• Understanding investment strategies and attribution breakdowns
• Possessing solid grasp of derivatives and portfolio management
• Applying strong bond mathematics skills
• Programming experience with Python, VBA or SQL
• Showing genuine interest in financial markets
