You will be aligned to a workstream within SC Ventures, striving towards achieving our collective desired outcomes and key results. Around you will be a team of experts who will enable the development of your technical, business, and interpersonal skills through real-world experience and hands-on training.

Throughout the programme, you’ll meet peers and senior executives from across our global network, creating partnerships and forming relationships that will accelerate your career. Opportunities for 2026

As part of the assessment process, we’ll help you explore which of the following workstreams best match your strengths and interests:  

Design and Innovation: Design, deliver, and scale initiatives that enable employees to become Intrapreneurs, support venture-building teams, and strengthen our culture of innovation.

Marketing and Communications: Develop business-centric communications to not only protect the Group’s reputation, brand and services, but also leverage social media and other new age channels to build up our ventures.

Finance: Conduct market research to complement the preparation of financial statements and reports, managing the budget and making projections and forecasts.
