The SAP Consulting Analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring project success, enhancing software applications, and staying updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices.

What will you be expected to do?  

SAP Functional

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business and system requirements and deliver business value consulting services for clients. 

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, propose solutions and workarounds, oversee selection, and estimate resources to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

• Configure and customize SAP solutions to enhance functionality and optimize performance of software applications.

• Serve as a knowledgeable broker, presenting cost-effective alternatives and highlighting the positive impact of NCS solutions to align with customer business goals globally, while supporting pre-sales activities.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements, trends, and best practices in SAP technologies to ensure up-to-date knowledge and expertise.

SAP Technical

• Design and implement scalable technical architectures that meet customer and business requirements.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance SAP applications using technologies such as Python, SAP ABAP, SAPUI5, and S/4HANA.

• Collaborate with the software development teams to translate functional needs into robust technical solutions.

• Drive continuous improvement by enhancing system performance, implementing upgrades, and resolving application issues.

What should you have:

• Ability to thrive in dynamic and fast-paced consulting environment and navigate a steep learning curve.

• Exceptional problem-solving ability and a knack for untangling complex challenges.

• A team player with effective interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

• Knowledge in any of the following areas will be an added advantage:  

• Frontend frameworks like HTML5, Angular, or React JS.

• • Backend languages such as Java, .NET, Python, PHP, or C++.

• • SAP technologies such as SAP ABAP, SAPUI5, and S/4Hana.

• Degree in Business (Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Analytics), Computer Science, Engineering or other IT- related disciplines with a strong analytical and quantitative focus.

• Fresh graduate or less than 2 years of working experience.
