At Broadridge, we've built a culture where the highest goal is to empower others to accomplish more. If you’re passionate about developing your career, while helping others along the way, come join the Broadridge team.

‍

We are looking for a Research Associate to join our team. In this role, you will help manage international market research projects—primarily across APAC, Europe, and the US—serving clients in the asset management industry. You will support and coordinate the end-to-end research lifecycle, including data processing, quality control, and report production, ensuring that our deliverables are accurate, insightful, and on time.

‍

This is a 2 years fixed term contract.

‍

‍

Responsibilities

· Support the project team in conducting international market research projects, with a focus on the asset management industry.

· Assist senior management in preparing and organizing fielding for APAC and US interviewing projects, including timelines, quotas, and sample design.

· Collaborate and liaise with external fieldwork and research partners to ensure smooth delivery of planned interviews and regular monitoring of data delivery.

· Work with senior management to assess and refine the types of companies included in fielding to avoid clustering across organizations/countries and ensure representative samples.

· Perform in-depth processing and analysis of collected data, including QC tasks to confirm respondents/organizations meet target criteria and that suppliers mentioned in interviews are valid.

· Review verbatim comments and survey responses for relevance, clarity, and coherence; ensure questions/answers are processed and interpreted as intended.

· Develop and apply coding schemes/tags for open-ended responses (including the use of AI tools), and perform quality control checks for correctness and plausibility.

· Assist in preparing structured feedback to external market research partners on data quality and interview performance.

· Contribute to the production of market analysis deliverables, including preparing and formatting data for loading to our online platforms in collaboration with internal and external IT partners.

· Assist in preparing recurring PowerPoint reports and dashboards for clients across Europe and APAC, ensuring that insights are clear, accurate, and aligned with client objectives.

‍

‍

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

· 1-3 years of experience in the insurance or mutual fund industry, ideally in market research, analytics, or client-facing project roles.

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; comfortable working with data tables, charts, and presentation formats.

· Proven process-driven, structured, and accurate working style, with strong attention to detail and a focus on quality control.

· Very good command of English (written and spoken); ability to communicate clearly with internal teams, senior management, and external partners.

· Service-oriented mindset, with the ability to support client needs and deliver high-quality, timely work in a deadline-driven environment.

· Interest in market research and the financial services industry, especially insurance and mutual funds.

· Ability to collaborate effectively in a hybrid work environment and across time zones.

‍

‍

Preferred

· Good command of German is a plus.

· Experience with coding open-ended responses and using AI tools in data processing is an advantage.

· Familiarity with online research platforms or data visualization tools is beneficial.

Locations and presence

Broadridge lists a global headquarters in Lake Success, New York, alongside major offices across the U.S. and large delivery and engineering hubs in places such as India. Palpable Score

75.3
/ 100
Broadridge offers multiple clear early-career entry points, including paid internships and rotational programs that end with placement into full-time roles. Broadridge is also unusually transparent on early-career pay ranges and shares specific support elements like mentorship, capstone projects, and career coaching. The main limit is outcomes visibility, because public proof of retention and promotion rates is thin and third-party reviews point to mixed career-opportunity sentiment.
