Palpable Score

72.7
/ 100
TE Connectivity gives grads multiple real ways in, especially through a well-described internship program and clearly structured rotational roles that show up year after year. Hiring transparency is decent for early talent timelines and compensation ranges in many postings, but candidates still have to piece together interview expectations from mixed public reports. Learning support looks tangible for interns and rotation hires, while published outcomes metrics like conversion rates and promotion timelines are mostly missing.
