What’s the role?

‍

This is a permanent, full-time role based in Sydney, with hybrid working (three days a week in the office). You’ll be part of the team behind the Westpac App and digital banking platforms — helping deliver new features, smoother experiences, and high-quality releases for millions of customers. You’ll work closely with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure every update is stable, secure, and customer-ready.

What do I need?

‍

Strong QA skills across manual and automation testing
Ability to work in Agile teams and manage test planning and reporting
Understanding of quality areas such as performance, security, accessibility and operational readiness
Experience building relationships and working with multiple technical teams
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, AppDynamics, Splunk, debugging tools, and automation frameworks
