Job Requirements

• Assisting in the development and maintenance of quality policies and processes; attending training sessions on quality concepts and tools.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of quality plans, programs, and procedures using quality control statistics, lean manufacturing concepts, and six-sigma tools.
• Working with various teams to facilitate internal and external quality issue resolution.• Working with suppliers to confirm understanding of inspection techniques, and reviewing, analyzing, and reporting on quality discrepancies.

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field or local equivalent.

Skill Set and Profile:

•    Hands-on experience in injection molding process, specifically in automotive industry
•    Excellent problem solving and analytical Skills
•    Knowledge of PPAP, Control plan, FMEA, MSA & SPC
•    Demonstrated experience of working in a fast paced and changing environment with tight deadlines
•    Knowledge and practical experience of Six sigma Green Belt (Preferrable)
•    Knowledge of IATF19649 & ISO 9001 standard requirements
•    Strong technical aptitude with willingness to explore & learn new Technologies
•    Good English communication along with hands on experience in MS Office tools
