As a Project Management Apprentice, you’ll develop a broad and adaptable skillset - mastering stakeholder engagement, governance, financial control, and risk management. You’ll play a key role in delivering projects that improve processes, enhance customer experience, and drive innovation across Amazon’s diverse business lines.Throughout the programme, you’ll use recognised quality management frameworks and project methodologies to bring ideas to life, all while earning your BSc (Hons) Degree in Project Management.

What You’ll Do

As a Project Management Apprentice, you’ll gain experience working on real projects that have tangible business impact. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead planning sessions, and support initiatives that make a difference to Amazon’s customers and employees.Your work will involve coordinating resources, managing risks, and using data-driven insights to track performance and deliver successful outcomes. Every day brings a new opportunity to innovate, simplify, and grow your skills as a future project leader.

During Your Apprenticeship, You’ll Learn How To:

Basic Qualifications

- To qualify for this programme, you must:
- Be 18 years or over before the start date (September 2026)
- Have the right to live and work in England (if you are on a visa, this needs to enable you to legally work and reside in England for the entire duration of the programme until September 2030)
- Have lived in the UK or EEA for the last 3 years
- Be a resident of the UK for the entire duration of the programme
- Not be registered on another government-funded course ending August 2026 or later
- Hold at least 5 GCSEs at grade 4 (C) or above, including Maths and English
- Have 3 A Levels or equivalent qualifications at grade C or above
- Please note, if you have received educational qualifications outside of the UK then we will require a Statement of Comparability to confirm your eligibility for the scheme. Please ensure you obtain one during the application process, through UK ENIC: https://www.enic.org.uk/
- Previous qualifications will be reviewed for funding eligibility and offers are subject to funding approval
- PLEASE NOTE: This position is a 42-month fixed-term contract. You must NOT already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship.
- This Apprenticeship assumes the candidate has little or no knowledge/experience of the occupation
