Join Amazon Global Logistics' Cross-Border Carrier Center (XBCC) team as a Program Manager, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth delivery of customer packages to over 200 countries worldwide. This position offers the opportunity to work with a complex network of internal and external partners while supporting our global export supply chain process.


Key job responsibilities


- Monitor and resolve package delivery delays through collaboration with multiple stakeholders
- Provide timely and effective support to carrier partners, including internal escalations when needed
- Analyze carrier cases independently and implement solutions
- Identify and investigate trends in delivery defects, partnering with cross-functional teams to address root causes of systemic issues
- Create clear and concise documentation of investigations and outcomes, optimizing processes through use of AI and automation workflows
- Maintain high standards of attendance, productivity, and quality while adapting to evolving business needs


A day in the life


Your day begins with reviewing carrier cases and prioritizing time-sensitive issues. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to troubleshoot delivery challenges, analyze data for trend identification, and participate in problem-solving discussions. Using your analytical skills, you'll work with Excel to manage and analyze large datasets, creating reports that drive process improvements. Throughout the day, you'll document case resolutions and share insights with stakeholders to prevent future issues.


About the team


The Global Logistics Exports - XBCC team ensures seamless international package delivery from the US and UK/EU to over 200 countries. We focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction through data-driven problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration to optimize our global export operations.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross functional interactions
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
- Knowledge of SQL
