Your role and responsibilities

As a Procurement Sourcing Professional, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end sourcing activities to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant procurement of goods and services. Your key responsibilities include:

• Validate Purchase Specifications and Requirements
  Collaborate with internal stakeholders to confirm technical specifications, quality standards, and business requirements.
• Request for Quotation (RFQ) Management
  Prepare and send RFQs to suppliers, ensuring clarity and completeness of requirements.
• Quotation Review and Clarification
  Analyze supplier quotations, verify accuracy, and coordinate with internal requestors and suppliers for any necessary clarifications.
• Supplier Negotiation and Contracting
  Negotiate on pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve optimal value while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
• End-to-End Process Oversight
  Manage the procurement cycle from RFQ through payment, resolving issues in collaboration with the Application Support Team when necessary.
• Process Improvement
  Identify areas for process optimization and work with relevant departments to implement improvements that enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Data-Driven Decision Making
  Utilize AI tools and analytics to drive insights, improve sourcing strategies, and support informed decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  Work seamlessly across departments to ensure smooth execution of procurement activities and alignment with organizational goals.
• Compliance and Risk Management
  Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and risk mitigation strategies throughout the sourcing process.
