
We are seeking an US Post Production Department Coordinator to support the US Production and Post team. This position will be responsible for a high volume of tasks, requiring a detail oriented, highly organized candidate. An enthusiastic, team-oriented approach is essential.The position requires the ability to build effective working relationships inside and outside of the Post Production team while maintaining a concrete grasp of team objectives. It is also critical that the candidate possess strong writing skills and technological fluency.
• Supporting Head of US Scripted Series Post, Head of Production and all departmental-related and series-related projects, internal and external requests and team initiatives
• Support Post Executives in compiling, distributing, and collecting post production documents across multiple verticals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Production, Post Management, Localization, Studio Content Services
• Asssit with ad hoc requests from management and/or Sr. Leadership
• Facilitate communications schedule meetings and create/maintain agendas
• Support internal process documentation and trackers
• Maintain detailed schedules and workflow document libraries.
• Work towards improving and standardizing post workflows
• Work closely with other Post Coordinators to develop best practices for Post Management Team
- 2+ years of coordination, project management, asset operations or post delivery experience
- 2+ years of executive assistant, coordination, project management, production/post experience.
- Experience coordinating, documenting, and communicating inter-departmental meetings and outcomes.
- Experience with productivity and communications tools including Microsoft Office products and applications, AirTable, Box, Flow Capture.
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Experience in various television/film post production environments
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute successfully to cross-functional teams and external vendors.
