What drives our operations? Our people! We’re looking for an analytical and solutions-driven Operations Manager with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to help us grow our ride-hailing operations in Prague.
Your role will have a direct and tangible impact on local operations that you can see in real-time. You will be leading the local operations team and working closely with other cross-functional/HQ stakeholders to support our mission to make cities more sustainable, accessible and affordable.
Analysing data to optimise Bolt’s marketplace health for drivers and riders.
Developing complex analytical models and reporting systems for Slovakia.
Developing and nurturing critical relationships that will grow our business (stakeholders include: unions; regulators; government officials; local communities, etc.).
Identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities on a local level that may impact the business.
Overseeing the optimisation of local operational processes and procedures.
Driving business growth and revenue through achieving operational milestones and key metrics.
Taking ownership of Bolt’s growth in Slovakia by ensuring both local operations and HQ teams support and collaborate actively with each other to meet business objectives.
Advocating and elevating Bolt’s brand, product, and service whilst navigating through regulatory matters and local policies within the transportation and tech industry.
Overseeing the design and execution of operational strategies/goals to strengthen our value proposition.
You have 1+ years of experience in an operations management role.
You have 5+ experience working in Operations, Consulting, Analytics, or in a related field.
You are a strong leader and collaborator with excellent English and the Czech or Slovak language (both verbal and written).
You are a hustler, not stopping after several obstacles a day.
You are passionate about new technologies and ride-hailing.
You are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent Excel skills.
You have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Economics, Finance, or other analytical subject.
You have a strong sense of ownership with a hands-on approach.
You are comfortable with developing analytical and decision frameworks to support your strategies and decisions.
