We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our Ride-Hailing operations in Poland. As an Operations Intern, you will play a crucial role in the daily functions that impact supply growth and compliance.
As an Operations Intern, you will be responsible for the daily functions that are at the core of the business locally where your work will have a direct impact on supply growth, quality, and compliance. Working closely with a high-performing team along with the Operations Specialist, Operations Manager, and/or Country Manager.
Verify, maintain, organize, and audit driver and vehicle documentation.
Address driver issues and queries both in-person and over email, finding effective resolutions.
Support local operations teams in initiatives that drive supply growth and compliance.
Assist with contact and coordination with authorities and offices.
Share regional insights with the Operations Specialist and/or Operations Manager.
Minimum of 6 months of professional experience.
Fluent in Polish with excellent spoken and written English.
Strong communication skills, capable of simplifying complex issues..
Good analytical skills.
Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Calm and focused under pressure.
Familiarity with computer tools and recognized as trustworthy.
Background in sales or customer service is advantageous but not required
