Locations and presence

Emerson operates globally, with country and regional hubs across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, Latin America, and the Middle East and Africa. Palpable Score

71.7
/ 100
Emerson is accessible for early-career talent because Emerson keeps co-ops, internships, apprenticeships, and graduate pathways visible and open across many functions. The company sets clearer expectations than many industrial employers around hiring timelines and candidate updates, but candidate experience still appears uneven across locations and teams. Learning support is a strength in student programs and rotational tracks, while published outcomes like conversion rates and early-career retention are mostly missing.
