As an intern in Human Resources, you will be responsible for leading organizations through assessment, design, transition, work process improvements or working directly with a function. This is not your typical HR internship – you will have truly meaningful projects to work on. Job Qualifications

- You are available to take in an Internship starting May/June 2026
- Open to both voluntary and required internship (if voluntary you must have 12 units or less)
- You must be able to commit a full-time internship (3x a week onsite and 2x a week work-from-home, 8 hours per day)
Disclaimer: While most interns will be assigned to our General Office in Taguig City, some roles may be allocated to our Cabuyao, Laguna site depending on business needs. For these roles, interns will be required to report onsite up to 4 times per week. Please ensure you are able to commit to this arrangement before applying. - You are a top talent, current university student that preferably has less than one-two years to graduate
- You display strong partnership, analytical skills, and a problem solving or solutions-oriented mindset especially when confronted with issues
- You have experience working with groups through formal or informal positions of leadership
