Get to Know the Role
As part of GrabAds Thailand team, you will execute GrabAds 360 campaigns by working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
You'll work cross-functionally with the Account Manager, Client Partners, Planner, Marketing and Production House team to achieve campaign KPIs, delivering production execution within timeline.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Offline Media & Marketing Activation Campaign Management
- End-to-End Execution: Lead the execution of offline fleet campaigns, being the primary point of contact (PIC) for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Vendor Management: Source and select suitable production houses based on cost efficiency, quality, and timeline adherence. Handle briefing, price negotiation, and on-ground supervision.
- Internal Collaboration: Partner with Transport, Legal, and PA teams to ensure all materials and rider recruitment align with campaign timelines and expectations.
- Production Oversight: Manage the full production timeline from pre-production to post-production, consolidating feedback and ensuring seamless delivery.
- Reporting: Compile and consolidate performance reports from the transportation team.
Project Coordination & Asset Management
- 360° Campaign Support: Coordinate offline fleet execution, on-ground Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management, and collaboration with the PR team.
- Creative Asset Coordination: Liaise between internal teams (Marketing, Key Account Management) and external graphic designers to ensure timely delivery of advertising artworks.
- Sampling Logistics: Manage internal coordination and external logistics vendors to execute product sampling campaigns.
Digital Operations & Administration
- In-App Asset Management: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to book slots for in-app and social media placements. Set up assets including Push Notifications, Widgets, Blogs, and Landing Pages.
- Financial Documentation: Manage vendor documentation (quotations, POs, invoices, contracts) for finance processing and track expense status for reporting. As part of GrabAds Thailand team, you will execute GrabAds 360 campaigns by working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

What Essential Skills You Will Need
The must-haves:
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience as an Account Executive or Project Manager, preferably within an event agency.
- Execution Expertise: Proven track record in campaign execution management, including events management, printing, social media, TVC, online content and production house coordination.
- Person of Commitment: Strong sense of ownership ("can-do" attitude), resilience, and a hunger for campaign execution achievement. Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced matrix environment.
- Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels with clear action points.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Basic in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
Language: Native/Fluent Thai and Intermediate English.
