We support clients across a wide range of transactions including typical buy and sell-side deals, carve-outs, distressed M&A plus secondary market deals. Our mix of deals includes both UK domestic and international transactions covering the full valuation range from the largest, most sophisticated multi-billion deals to sub-£50m transactions. Joining as an Associate you will have significant scope for career progression, in the short term within the transaction solutions team and longer team within the AMATS division.
