LASR is a full-time permanent position with dedicated two-year development rotations based on business needs as a Sales Specialist.

Year One:

‍‒ Comprehensive on-boarding and customized training focused on consultative selling Β 
β€’ A rotation in a non-sales role to learn about Lenovo and the business
β€’ A rotation as an SMB Representative to establish a strong foundation of product knowledge, consumer, and small business market strategy [Holiday Hours and overtime requirement]

β€’ A rotation as a Business Development Rep to develop relationship selling, account mapping, and acquisition strategy.
β€’ Up to six-month rotation:

Year Two:

‍‒ A minimum of 2-year rotation as a Sales Specialist covering enterprise customers as well as channel business partners
β€’ Upon completion of the LASR Program, Sales Program Associates will be prepared to scale sales careers for positions across the US or may choose to consider other Lenovo business areas.

β€’ Ability to work weekend and evening shifts during Consumer rotation
β€’ Excellent relationship and team building skills
β€’ Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
β€’ Ability to take initiative and drive for results
β€’ Ability to influence decisions through a sense of urgency and drive
