GrabFood Commercial is a team responsible for growing existing partners' business. We make critical decisions to serve the lives of merchant partners and provide the best offers for our consumers.
We're looking for people who love being challenged and are excited by the idea of growing Merchant Organization. You will report to the Lead, and will work fully on-site in Jakarta office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Be the primary contact for merchants, engaging them to understand their needs, gather feedback, and provide solutions that build mutual business growth.
- Design and implement compelling co-marketing campaigns in partnership with merchants to deliver value to customers and enhance partner revenue streams.
- Use a data-driven approach to analyze partner performance, forecast Return on investment, and provide actionable insights on main metrics to increase basket size and customer loyalty.
- Be the internal advocate for merchant success, collaborating with Strategy, Growth, Marketing, and Operations teams to provide a seamless and the best partner experience.
- Deepen strategic partnerships by identifying and capitalizing on synergistic opportunities across the Grab ecosystem, including GrabPay, GrabExpress, and Grab For Business.
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Min. 1 year experience in a commercial role such as Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the technology, startup, or financial services sectors.
- Experience managing a client or account portfolio to exceed revenue targets.
- Expertise in managing the full sales cycle, including qualifying prospects, assessing product fit, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Use data analysis to inform strategy, guide decision-making, and build a business case.
- Experience developing scalable processes to manage partner relationships and ensure a high-quality experience from initial outreach to ongoing engagement.
- Proficiency in English.
- Direct experience with the on-demand delivery industry, especially food delivery, is an added value.
