You'll be responsible for:
- Define and develop technical and commercial pricing for retail products
- Propose and implement pricing strategies and portfolio steering initiatives to meet business objectives
- Monitor portfolio performance and review effectiveness of pricing strategy
- Perform financial impact analysis and provide statistical & analytical support for other business functions
- Prepare and review rate filing documentations to regulator
- Rate maintenance in pricing engine
- Mentor, supervise and develop junior actuarial members
Important to your success:
- Degree in Actuarial Science, Data Science, or other Mathematics/Statistics-based major
- Fresh graduates and talents with up to 2 years of relevant work experience are encouraged to apply
- Strong interest in General (Non-Life) Insurance
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- High learning agility and work efficiency
- Good progress in internationally recognized actuarial examinations
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, with good communication skills
- Strong computer application skills in Microsoft Office product suite and programming language especially Python, SQL
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot is an added advantage.
