We are seeking a talented individual to join us at Mercer. This role will be based in Brussels. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to :
- Assists Senior Consultants with day to day client contact and problem resolution of larger clients.
- Performs necessary calculations or analysis on special retirement projects analyzing their impact on all of a client’s retirement plans, including assumption studies, plan design studies, plan terminations, implementation of legal changes into the plan.
- Perform and model calculations and/or projections in order to meet project specifications.
- Communicates with clients through participation in client meetings, and presentations.
- Assist on the local support for international projects such as: benefit benchmarks and reviews, harmonization of benefits after an acquisition, Side by side comparisons of benefits in an M&A context
