We are seeking a Junior Marketing Specialist to help expand the Bolt Food brand and services throughout Georgia

Please note that this is a full-time contract employment opportunity. The monthly gross salary for this role is 1945 GEL + biannual bonuses based on performance.
Probation Period: 6 Months
As a Junior Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing Bolt's brand awareness and driving customer engagement. Engaging in creative projects to increase brand awareness
Collaborating with external partners, agencies, or local influencers
Managing loyalty initiatives, including Bolt Plus subscriptions
Working on application home-screen and category optimization
Setting up and analyzing demand campaigns for customers
Planning campaigns for special holidays and occasions
You are enthusiastic about diverse marketing tasks
You are comfortable with a data-driven, iterative problem-solving approach
You are fluent in written and spoken English and Georgian
You can switch between hands-on tasks and project coordination
Basic knowledge of Meta and Google Ads is an advantage
Basic knowledge of Figma is also a plus
