As a Junior Marketing Associate within JPMAM Switzerland, you will support developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with our global and regional business objectives. You will collaborate closely with various business departments to enhance our brand reputation and support the execution of our business strategy.
Job Responsibilities
- Support shaping the marketing and communications strategy for JPMAM Switzerland.
- Develop a dynamic marketing dashboard that delivers strategic insights and provides the sales team with marketing data to identify opportunities and drive client engagement.
- Drive the implementation and adoption of the JPMAM app in Switzerland to enhance client access to our digital content and services.
- Support on all aspects of event and roadshow marketing, including coordinating logistics, booking venues, managing invitations, and ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
- Assist in marketing campaigns across off- and online channels.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- University degree or equivalent in finance with a specialization in marketing and/or communications.
- Few years of marketing experience in a similar position within the B2B financial services industry.
- Excellent oral and written German and English language skills.
- Strong understanding of the financial industry and asset classes.
- Strong strategic thinker with a digital mindset.
- Driven, with a strong 'can-do' attitude and focus on driving results.
- Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience with marketing data and analytics tools
- Excellent skills in PowerPoint and Excel for creating impactful presentations and detailed reports.
- Experience in the Asset Management industry.
