We are looking for a brilliant candidate to join our Impact Team as (Private) Proposal Specialist to collaborate to complex presentation and RFP/bid/tender managing and coordination. This role will be based in Milan.

In this context, you will have the opportunity to create a wide variety of contents across reports for Large Private Prospect and Clients.

What to expect:

Working with colleagues, you will:

• Collaborate to the RFP/bid/tender response process from beginning to end – formulating the pitch strategy, developing persuasive content, improving creative solutions and supporting sales presentations;
• Develop compelling writes proposal and design artwork for competitive tenders and sales opportunities, especially for online use and for both strategic and tactical management of communication contents, and for the overall execution of projects that are mainly in English;
• Collaborate - new business and defensive – to complex presentation and RFP/bid/tender response (process from beginning to end);
• Support the development of competitive value propositions and client-centric messaging which tells a compelling narrative and connects our services to their needs;
• Create a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, review final layouts and suggest improvements when necessary;
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver projects on time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing & Communication / Corporate Communication / Economics and Management / Graphic or similar;
• Excellent command of oral and written English and Italian;
• A brilliant written and oral communication to effectively present new concepts and drive outcomes and the capability of delivering fresh and brilliant creative ideas
• A well-organized and efficient aptitude with time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines working within tight timescales.
