Job Description

We are looking for a software engineering intern to build and implement test automation software for our HDD Validation Engineering team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Successful candidates will participate in the design, development and deployment of one of our new in-house test automation frameworks. This automation framework is meant to:

Simplify test execution kick-off process
Provide real-time test monitoring
Improve and optimize test data calculation and analysis
Generate automated test reports

Qualifications

‍

REQUIRED

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or other related fields.
Solid understanding of Linux systems and Shell scripting.

‍

SKILLS

Experience in Python/MATLAB/Octave or similar tools for mathematical data analysis.
Experience in frontend/backend web programming is optional but welcome.
Ability to research solutions to problems independently.
