Role Purpose
Support the implementation of digital transformation initiatives and IT projects within engineering and operations. Assist in creating documentation, process manuals, and reports for business units. Gain hands-on experience in project management, IT support, and digital tools to enhance operational efficiency and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing IT and digital transformation projects, including planning, development, testing, and go-live phases.
- Create and maintain documentation, process manuals, and reports for business units.
- Support workshops, training sessions, and change management activities.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain network systems and devices.
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in digital transformation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy innovative solutions.
- Shadow experienced IT professionals to gain practical knowledge and improve technical skills.
Required Education
Student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in: Systems Engineering IT, Business Engineering, Development Engineering, Fully bilingual (English/Spanish).
Desired Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft O365 and IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with digital tools and technologies (IoT, data analytics, automation).
- Coding experience in R, Python, SQL, or similar languages.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Project management and documentation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and collaborate effectively in teams.
