Overview
As IT Infrastructure intern on Brazilian Technology team, you will partner with IT team responsible to manage the infrastructure hosted in Brazilian Branch, supporting business and administrative teams providing technical resources and services as required by them. What You’ll Do
- Conduct technical and administrative activities for local IT Infrastructure resources (servers, network, storage, virtualization and telecom), including the management of datacenters.
- Support lifecycle management (version, patches and updates).
- Work in governance activities like change planning, vendor, documentation and compliance.
- Support for application team in deployment and test involving business systems.
- Contribute in activities to review and simplify or automatize routines.
- Work constantly with diverse groups, including local and global teams and vendors.
Skills You’ll Need
- English – Intermediate level.
- Degree in IT (System information, computing science, or other).
- Bachelor’s degree completion: 2027 or later.
- Office suite (Work, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge in maintenance of Hardware, Operational System and Software.
