Within AllianzGI, the Allianz Networks team collaborates across departments to coordinate projects, respond to internal requests, and pursue commercial opportunities. These initiatives often require mobilizing various AllianzGI teams—such as Management, Support, and Operations, and aim to promote unit-linked products to Allianz France clients. As an intern on this team, your mission will be to support business developers in client interactions and contribute to project management, particularly on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) topics.
This role is based in our Paris office.
What you will do
- Manage day-to-day internal client functions, including the selection, allocation, and monitoring of investment strategies
- Assist with client requests in collaboration with team members and other AllianzGI departments such as Management, Support, and Reporting
- Analyze client needs to help position and co-design tailored asset management solutions
- Contribute to and actively support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
What you bring
- Ongoing academic training in economics, finance, business, or engineering
- Prior experience in the financial sector, such as asset management, consulting, auditing, or insurance is a plus
- Solid understanding of asset management, capital markets, financial products, and life insurance and savings industry practices
- Strong interpersonal, cross-cultural, and relationship management skills; project management experience is an advantage
- Fluency in written and spoken English and French, along with strong digital literacy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and perform under pressure
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and rigorous in execution.
